Prevent and Ease any potential health issue with the incoming haze

More prolonged and intense heat and dry weather are expected from June to October in the southern Asean Region – which included Singapore- with a higher risk of transboundary haze and fires, said the Asean Specialised Meteorological Centre (ASMC).

Our annual haze season is coming back, with a stronger army this time. Fret not, as we have sufficient supplies to protect our family and loved ones from any imminent health issue that could arise from inhalation of haze particles.

We will be sharing 5 tips and tricks to prevent the harmful effects of haze inhalation.

  1. Haze proof your homes with an air purifier

Particulate matter from haze can easily be inhaled into our lunges and long-term exposure to these harmful particles can lead to the development of medical conditions and all sorts of breathing sensitivity.

Maison Berger Paris Lampes has the patented technology to eliminate bad odour, air-borne bacteria, and harmful molecules. The good news is, our air purification technique can help to eliminate haze indoors for you!

Regular use would help to ensure and protect your loved ones from inhaling the harmful particles present in haze.

  1. Take note of PSI levels and go outdoors only if necessary

  1. Regularly clean air conditioner at home

Fine particles can enter an air-conditioned building through the fresh air intake as well as any openings and gaps.

If you are staying in a building with a central air conditioning system, install an air cleaning device. This helps to reduce the amount of air contaminants that may be circulating in the building.

Alternatively using our Lampe also helps to achieve this similar effect to maintain and clean air circulation indoors.

  1. Remember to mask-up when you are outdoors

Don your N95 mask when going outdoors for prolong period of time.

While surgical mask may provide a barrier of defense between the wearer’s nose and larger particles in the air, if is not as efficient in filtering the small particles that are 2.5 microns or less in width.

For longer exposure to haze, N95 mask would be a more effective barrier against haze and its harmful pollutants.
